<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start a controller by power from an external power supply and to start a vehicle, when the power is supplied from the external power supply, in a power supply system of the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply system of the vehicle is equipped with: an auxiliary battery 150; a power storage device 110 in which external charging is possible; a PCU 120 driving a load by using power from the power storage device 110; a system main relay SMR; and an ECU160 to which control power supply voltage is supplied from the auxiliary battery 150 and which is for starting the vehicle.
