<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical signal receiving device that properly corrects group delay characteristics even when the frequency with a pole having the group delay characteristics is shifted from an appropriate value. <P>SOLUTION: Primary coils 7a and 7b are arranged on a transmission line for propagating signals output from a preamplifier 2, and secondary coils 8a and 8b facing them are short-circuited or opened, thereby making an inductance component of the transmission line variable. The inductance component of the transmission line is changed to shift a frequency of a pole having group delay characteristics, so that the group delay characteristics can be properly corrected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
