<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door handle device capable of preventing the damage of an internal electric component unit even if receiving excessive external force. <P>SOLUTION: The door handle device 1 includes a handle body 2, a handle cover 5 mounted to the handle body 2, and the electric component unit 10 stored in a space S formed between the handle cover 5 and the handle body 2.
