PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lead members for a nonaqueous electrolyte power storage device, having improved long-term reliability and handleability in such a way that hard material in which cutting burrs and cutting powder do not easily occur is used for conductors of the lead members, and to provide a nonaqueous electrolyte power storage device using the lead members. SOLUTION: In the lead members 3 and 4, insulated films 5 are stuck to both surfaces of lead conductors of a foil shape with a thickness of 0.05 to 0.50 mm, wherein the lead connector is made of aluminum with tensile strength of 100 MPa or more, or copper with tensile strength of 215 MPa or more. In the nonaqueous electrolyte power storage device, lead members are used as lead conductors made of aluminum at a positive electrode side and copper at a negative electrode side; and they are sealed with an enclosure bag body 1 made of a multilayer film including metal foil.
