PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an overhead caused by loop control by only a slight increase of a program amount without providing an exclusive loop control circuit. SOLUTION: When a read address coincides with an end address when a loop instruction is "LOOP=ON", "one-loop end notification" is outputted, and when an "operation end instruction" is not outputted up to a present point of time, the read address is returned to a start address, and address output processing is continued.
