PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic transistor device stably driven in an atmosphere in order to solve a problem that it is necessary to manufacturing a device in an environment controlled in oxygen since pentacene being an organic semiconductor is deteriorated by oxygen in the atmosphere, the reduction of a process cost is hindered, and when the device is driven in the atmonsphere after the manufacturing of the device, the performance of the device is largely deteriorated. SOLUTION: This organic transistor device includes at least a kind of 1, 2-DNTT (dinaphtho[1, 2-b:1', 2'-f]thieno[3, 2-b]thieno-thiophene(1, 2-DNTT)) developed as a novel organic semiconductor material characterized by a thieno-thiophene skeleton that is stable in the atmospheric and in a solution.
