PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve mechanical characteristics, including tensile strength and fatigue strength, in a probe for measuring the electrical characteristics of an electronic circuit to be measured, by bringing the probe into contact with a terminal part thereof, with the probe being used fixed to a support substrate on which a circuit is formed. SOLUTION: The probe is constituted of an electrocast alloy containing palladium and nickel, and the ratio of palladium and nickel in the electrocast alloy is set to 45:55-95:5. As a result, the elastic strength and the tensile strength is made greater, and the fatigue strength to repeated load is made greater. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
