PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition with the excellent productivity with a quick-curing property, and the excellent heat resistance and transparency. SOLUTION: The curable composition includes (A) an organopolysiloxane containing an alkenyl group, (B) an organohydrogen polysiloxane, (C) a silicone-based polymer particle, (D) a hydrosilylating catalyst, and (E) a rare earth metal.
