PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold various apparatuses suspended by a rope in an optional height by lifting by hands. SOLUTION: This device lifts the apparatuses 5 by hands by suspending the various apparatuses 5 at one end of the rope 3. Two pulleys 2 having recessed grooves 1 at outer peripheries are arranged in parallel, and the rope 3 is wound in an S shape in recessed grooves 1 of the two pulleys 2, and a part of the rope 3 is wound by contacting with the rope 3 at the receiving side and the delivery side with the recessed groove 1 of one pulley so that the moving direction of the rope 3 at the receiving side and the delivery side of the pulleys 2 becomes inverse, and the receiving and delivery of the rope 3 are restrained by the contact resistance of the mutual ropes 3, and the apparatuses 5 are held in optional heights by being lifted by hands. When the apparatuses 5 are lifted to the opposite side other end of suspending the apparatuses 5 of the rope 3, the delivery and receiving of the rope 3 from the pulleys 2 is absorbed, and an expansion holding mechanism is connected for holding the weight of the apparatuses 5, and a rope type lifting tool is installed in left-right two places to the horizontally long apparatuses 5, and a mechanism is arranged to be lifted by keeping a horizontal state.
