PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine that does not make the size of a back face decoration member itself bigger but can have a decoration effect similar to an enlarged back face decoration member at low cost. SOLUTION: The Pachinko game machine includes a game board body 70 on the front face of which a playfield 2 where a game ball is driven is formed. The game board body 70 is formed of a synthetic resin with translucency so that the back part can be visually recognized. A back face decoration member 76 is provided at the back of the game board body 70. The back face side of the game board body 70 is provided with a printed sheet 73 having a symbol printed on a synthetic resin sheet so that the symbol can be continuously seen from the front together with the back face decoration member 76.
