PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument panel structure preventing or efficiently suppressing leakage of air-conditioned air from an air-conditioning duct in a configuration in which the air-conditioning duct is formed on the back surface of the instrument panel by joining a duct member to the instrument panel. SOLUTION: In the instrument panel structure 10, an air-conditioning duct 14 is formed by joining a flange part 38 of the duct member 16 to the back surface 12A of the instrument panel 12. A sheet-like member 18 covering the opening of the duct forming part 36 is also interposed between the back surface 12A of the instrument panel 12 and the flange part 38. The instrument panel 12 and the flange part 38 are joined to each other by the joint projection 44 penetrating the sheet-like member 18. A sealing projection 45 projecting from the flange part 38 on the air-conditioning duct 14 side opposed to the joint projection 44 compresses the sheet-like member 18 to apply a sealing pressure.
