PURPOSE: An electronic book for downloading an electronic document and a system thereof are provided to download a corresponding electronic document by connecting to a web server through RFID based on book information. CONSTITUTION: An RFID reader unit(110) reads book information stored in an RFID tag, and a display unit(120) displays an electronic document, a GUI(Graphic User Interface) screen and a message for downloading, searching for and recognizing a specific book. A wireless communication module(150) performs wireless communication with a predetermined book providing server, and a control unit(160) requests the search of a corresponding electronic document by transferring the recognized book information.
