PURPOSE: A device for protecting the transducer of a ship is provided to isolate a transducer from seawater using a valve after the transducer has been pulled to the upper part of a vertical pipe. CONSTITUTION: A device for protecting the transducer of a ship comprises a vertical pipe(110), a valve(120), a waterproof cover(130), a floating pipe(140). The vertical pipe holds a transducer(T). The valve is installed on the center of the vertical pipe and water-tightly divides it into upper and lower parts. The waterproof cover is coupled to the upper part of the vertical pipe. The floating pipe is coupled to the transducer through the waterproof cover and a data transfer cable(C) connected to the transducer passes through the floating pipe.
