PURPOSE: A location information certificate management system and a method thereof are provided to offer location information according to an authentication for location provision allowance. CONSTITUTION: An authentication service system(100) issues a certificate for location information disclosure. The authentication service system certifies the location information of a mobile communication systems(200). According to the authentication result, the mobile communication system offers the location service. A first wireless terminal(310) and a second wireless terminal are registered as a certificate issue appointer to the authentication service system.
