<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image analysis method of RICS for mapping the number of molecules or a diffusion constant to display the same. <P>SOLUTION: The image of an observation region is acquired in a step S1, an analyzing region is set with respect to the image of the observation region in a step S2, and a sub-analyzing region smaller than the analyzing region is set in a step S3. In steps S4-S7, the data of the pixels in the sub-analyzing region is used at every movement while intermittently moving the sub-analyzing region at a pixel interval over the whole of the analyzing region to perform correlation analysis to thereby estimate at least either one of the number of molecules and diffusion constant of the sub-analyzing region. In a step S8, the number of molecules or diffusion constant is mapped to form an image of the number of molecules or diffusion constant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
