摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly sense defects of the operating condition in gasification equipment by grasping the feeding amount of the char sent into a combustion furnace from a gasification furnace. SOLUTION: The feeding amount of char 7 at a rated point is read out based on the water vapor 3 flow rate (water vapor amount) and the raw material 5 input amount (raw material amount) to the present gasification furnace 1 with reference to a first map. A coefficient is read out based on the temperature of the present gasification furnace 1 and the fluid medium 4 circulation amount with reference to a second map. The coefficient is multiplied by the feeding amount of the char 7 at the rated point for calculating the real char 7 feeding amount. A theoretical air amount necessary for the complete combustion of the char 7 feeding amount is calculated so that the ratio of the theoretical air amount with respect to the air 8 flow rate (air amount) really sent to the combustion furnace 2 is calculated as a presumed air ratio. The real air ratio is calculated based on the oxygen concentration of an exhaust gas system of the combustion furnace 2. The real air ratio and the presumed air ratio are compared so that when the deviation thereof is same as or larger than a predetermined value, it is determined to be defective.
