摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neutron microscope, along with a neutron transmission magnified image forming method, capable of magnifying a state in a substance or structure in a non-destructive manner using a neutron by a transmission image to observe the same. <P>SOLUTION: The neutron microscope includes: a first image forming mechanism comprising a neutron image intensifier having a neutron input surface for converting charged particles, which are reacted with the neutron to be discharged, to light and converting the converted light to electrons, an electronic lens for accelerating the converted electrons to amplify the same, and an output surface emitting light by the accelerated electrons, wherein the first image forming mechanism obtains a magnified first image; a second image forming mechanism for converting the light of the first image formed by the first image forming mechanism to electrons and accelerating the converted electrons to amplify the same to output a color image by a phosphor emitting lights having a plurality of different colors corresponding to the intensity of the accelerated electrons; and an imaging camera for imaging a second image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
