<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic volume acquiring device and a traffic volume acquisition method which readily outputs information related with the traffic volume at a desired place of procurement. <P>SOLUTION: A traffic volume acquisition device 600 is provided with: a location information reading part 601 for reading point data across a plurality of time stamps regarding a plurality of users; a block information read part 604 for reading line data including the location information of a block; a first connection part 605 for generating first connection data, by associating the point data with the line data, based on latitude and longitude included in the point data and line data information included in the line data; and a traffic volume acquiring part 606 for acquiring the traffic volume of the prescribed block, by tabulating the number of user identifiers per unit time for each block, based on the time stamps included in the first connection data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
