PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of being not easy in sharing a vehicle body structure of plural-row seat specifications with a seat back back face of a rear seat as a partition wall, and a vehicle body structure of one-row seat specifications for arranging an exclusive partition wall member. SOLUTION: A seat back frame forming a skeleton of the rear seat in the plural-row seat specifications, is used as a base body of a partition wall member 14 for partitioning a living room P and a cargo room L of a vehicle, and the periphery of this base body is formed by installation objects 14Fr and 14Rr having a front face and a rear face, and this is used as the partition wall member when diverting the vehicle body structure of the plural-row seat specifications to the vehicle body structure of the one-row seat specifications. The installation objects 14Fr and 14Rr molded in a panel shape from resin is molded by integrally having an engaging piece with a cutout engageable with a wire installed in the seat back frame on its inner surface, and the installation objects are installed in the base body by engaging the engaging piece with the wire.
