PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting part or a sealing structure simply constructed to maintain leakage prevention, isolating performance and sealing performance while reducing cost, and to provide a mechanical element or a mechanical device having the fitting part or the sealing structure. SOLUTION: For the mechanical element or the mechanical device having a fitting portion between two mechanical element members 301, 302, oil-repellent treatment is applied to the fitting face of one mechanical element member. The oil-repellent treatment is previously applied to the fitting face. Besides, after a metal oxide layer is formed on the fitting face, an oil repellent agent layer is provided thereon.
