PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion guiding device facilitating manufacture of a turn plate by easing the dimensional accuracy of the same while securing smooth circulation of balls, and easy to assemble. SOLUTION: A moving member installed to a track shaft via rolling elements includes: a moving member body having a plurality of load rolling faces opposite to respective rolling faces of the track shaft to compose load passages and having return passages corresponding to the respective load rolling faces; a pair of lid members fixed to opposite end faces in the moving direction of the moving member body and provided with turnaround paths. The lid member includes a lid member body fixed to the moving member body and provided with an outer peripheral side guide face of the turnaround paths, and the plurality of turn plates caught between the lid member body and the moving member body and having an inner peripheral side guide face opposite to the outer peripheral side guide face of the lid member body to constitute the turnaround paths.
