PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforced structure with a head and a joint, which enables the facilitation of production and the simplification of production equipment, while obtaining the advantages of savings in the amount of reinforcement for use, the simplification of bar arrangement, a reduction in excessively-concentrated bar arrangement, proper connection workability, and a shortened construction period. SOLUTION: This reinforced structure with the head and the joint includes the reinforcement 1 having male screws 1a and 1a provided at both ends, a diameter-enlarged head forming component 3 which is screwed to the male screw 1a of one end of the reinforcement 1 with a female screw 3a and which forms a diameter-enlarged head 3A for the application of an anchoring force at the one end of the reinforcement 1, and a screw cylinder 2. The screw cylinder 2, which has an inner peripheral surface formed in a female screw 2a, has one end screwed to the other end of the reinforcement 1, and has the other end screwed to the male screw 1a of an end of another reinforcement 1A, so as to connect both the reinforcements 1 and 1A together.
