PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plaster to be used in cosmetics or quasi-drugs, which gives excellent sensation of coolness and with which the efficacy at plastering the plaster to the surface to be plastered can be visually confirmed, and the end of use time of the plaster can be visibly recognized. SOLUTION: This plaster is composed of a hydrous layer and a sheet-like substrate laminated on at least one surface of the hydrous layer. An indication part is provided on the substrate, where the indication part exhibits temporal change in the degree of visibility after plastered on the surface to be plastered.
