PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper supply device and an image forming device mounted with the same securing safety of a user with a simple and inexpensive structure. SOLUTION: A paper feeding cassette (4) constituted to be extractable from an image forming device body (2) and staking and storing singled-sheet paper and a mechanism (20) forming an image on the paper from the paper feeding cassette, are separately constituted so that electric power can be supplied from a commercial power source (3), and includes a dehumidifying heating element (38) arranged in the vicinity of the paper feeding cassette and heating and dehumidifying the paper stored in the paper feeding cassette, heating element current-carrying parts (60 and 80) for electrically connecting the commercial power source and the dehumidifying heating element, and a cassette stopper (70) for preventing the paper feeding cassette from being extracted from a device body by interlocking with the electric connection of the commercial power source and the dehumidifying heating element by the heating element current-carrying parts.
