PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw type cap-removing instrument neither imposing a burden on a hand or a finger nor necessitating a grasping power in removing the screw type cap. SOLUTION: The instrument has such a structure that the up/down movement of a lever is converted into the rotation motion of the cap to rotate the cap.
