PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence of reduction in magnetic flux caused by divided parts between stator cores, and to suppress generation of torque ripple. SOLUTION: In a three-phase permanent magnet motor having forty poles and forty eight slots, a stator 1 is constituted by arranging six stator cores 2a to 2f composed of eight slots 3 (eight coils 4, accordingly), and the divided parts 6 as connecting points of the stator cores 2 (a collective term of the stator cores 2a to 2f) are equally positioned (the same numbers of divided parts 6) between the W-phase coils and the U-phase coils, between the U-phase coils and the V-phase coils, and between the V-phase coils and the W-phase coils. By this, the generated magnetic fluxes pass through the same numbers of the U-, V- and W-phase coils at the divided parts 6, and the influences of the reduction in magnetic flux caused by the divided parts 6 at each of the phases are made equal.
