<p>Unevenness in brightness produced on the upper side and lower side of a display section (20) is suppressed. In a display device (11), a first control unit (23) induces a scanning line drive circuit (25) to supply an image signal corresponding to first one screen from the first line to the end line of the display section (20), and induces the scanning line drive circuit (25) to supply an image signal corresponding to second one screen subsequent to the first one screen from the end line to the first line of the display section (20), and in a spectacle section (13) with an electronic shutter, second control units (31, 36) control a shutter (13a) for one eye and a shutter (13b) for the other eye in such a manner as to provide, when the opening and closing of the shutter (13a) for one eye and the shutter (13b) for the other eye are switched, a shutter closure period which is a state in which both the shutter (13a) for one eye and the shutter (13b) for the other eye are closed.</p> |
