<p>A heating/cooling rod (3) for mould comprises the body of heating/cooling rod (7) and a heating unit (8). Inside the body of heating/cooling rod (7), a cooling/separating hole (9) provided along the axial direction for inputting cooling media when mould is to be cooled and for outputting cooling media when mould is to be heated, and an accommodating hole for heating unit (8) are provided. The heating unit (8) is mounted in the accommodating hole for heating rod. A mould capable of rapid cooling/heating comprises a mould core (4), which in contact with said heating/cooling rod (3). The heating/cooling rod (3) has its side mounted with heating unit (8) is set near the moulding surface of the mould core (4). Because the moulding surface can be heated or cooled in a rapid and homogeneous manner, and be heated approach or reach the melting temperature of the materials quickly, the moulded products have good quality, are immune from weld mark, rill mark and humping surface etc., have homogeneous lustrousness and density, are less water shrinkable, and are capable of reducing the deformation due to the injection stress and residual stress after the melted materials being solidified.</p> |
