PURPOSE: A management system for charging an electric mobile and a method thereof are provided to charge electricity for a low electric fee time zone by using a general distribution network of a home or a company. CONSTITUTION: An electric mobile(1) is driven by using the charged electricity, and a charging unit(10) is installed inside the electric mobile to charge the electric mobile with external electricity. A sensor unit(20) is installed in the electric mobile in order to sense the power consumption charged through the charging unit and an electric fee. A communication network(60) is installed at a distribution network to supply electric power, and receives the signal for the power amount and the electric fee through the wired/wireless communication with the sensor. A central control unit(70) collectively controls the sensor and the charging unit based on the wired/wireless communication with the communication network.
