PURPOSE: A water-cooling plasma reaction apparatus for purifying exhaust gas is provided to combust air pollutants inside the exhaust gas, and to cool heat generating components inside a reaction chamber. CONSTITUTION: A water-cooling plasma reaction apparatus for purifying exhaust gas includes a reaction chamber(10), an exhaust gas inlet line(30), an electrode, and a cooling water circulating unit(50). The reaction chamber combusts air pollutants inside the exhaust gas. The exhaust gas inlet line is connected to the reaction chamber for inflowing the exhaust gas into the reaction chamber. The electrode generates sparks by the high voltage, for combusting the exhaust gas include the reaction chamber. The cooling water circulating unit circulates cooling water into the electrode.
