PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative photosensitive lithographic printing plate which ensures a very small change in the sensitivity of the lithographic printing plate over time.

SOLUTION: The negative photosensitive lithographic printing plate has at least an intermediate layer, a hydrophilic layer and a photopolymerizable photosensitive layer in this order on a plastic film support, wherein the intermediate layer contains at least gelatin or polyacrylic acids and an inorganic porous compound.
