PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning blade for an image forming device capable of showing over a long period, excellent cleaning performance fit to a linear pressure, when bringing an edge part into slide-contact with the surface with a high linear pressure fit to cleaning of especially a small particle size toner or a spherical toner in the contact state with the surface of a photoreceptor. SOLUTION: The cleaning blade 22 for the image forming device is formed by using an elastomer composition including a rubber portion containing XNBR and/or HXNBR at the rate of 70 mass% or more, a crosslinking agent, and zinc oxide as much as 20 pts.mass or more per 100 pts.mass of the rubber portion in total and 45 mass% or less of the amount of XNBR and/or HXNBR.
