PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter member cleaning system which can inhibit the inclusion of treated water into a cleaning fluid while curbing the plug-up of a filter member at a filter treatment device. SOLUTION: This filter member cleaning system comprises the following components: the filter member 23, the filter treatment device 2, a treated water line L2, a cleaning fluid line L4 branching out of the treated water line L2, a rinsing water line L5 branching out of the cleaning fluid line L4, a raw water circulation means 3 for circulating the treated water W2 through the treated water line L2, a cleaning fluid circulation means 4 for circulating the cleaning fluid W3 through the cleaning fluid line L4 and the treated water line L2, a rinsing water circulation means 5 for circulating the rinsing water through a rinsing water line L5, the cleaning fluid line L4 and the treated water line L2, and a control means 9 for controlling a raw water circulation means 3, the cleaning fluid circulation means 4 and the rinsing water circulation means 5. In addition, the control means 9 circulates the cleaning fluid W3 and stops the circulation of the cleaning fluid W3 after the lapse of a specified time. Further, after that, the rinsing water is made to circulate.
