The snuffer has a pan-type extinguishing head (2) rotatable in an axial manner and tilted using a spherical joint. The extinguishing head comprises a round, rectangular or convenient form. The extinguishing head is displaced relative to a handle (1) and positioned over a drop protection unit i.e. sheet plate. A stripping device is provided for stripping of wax on the sheet plate, and the extinguishing head do not contact the ground. The extinguishing head is provided with a recess to erect wick and arranged at an end of a bar.
