PURPOSE: A brightness enhancement sheet, a back light unit and a liquid crystal display device including the same are provided to ensure excellent transmissivity and to maximize a light condensing effect. CONSTITUTION: A high refraction layer(120) is formed on the upper side of a transparent base film(110). A prism layer(130) is formed on the upper side of the high refraction layer. A plurality of prism-shaped unevenness is formed on the upper side of the prism layer.
