POLYESTER RESIN AND TONER COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A polyester resin and a toner comprising the same are provided to prevent hydrolysis by moisture by preventing moisture permeation by a hydrogen bond with an ester present in a chain of a polyester resin. CONSTITUTION: A polyester resin is prepared by adding 0.5-3 wt% of a hydrolysis resistant agent to 100 wt% of a reactant containing 100 parts by mole of acid ingredients, 30-80 parts by mole of aromatic diol and 10-50 parts by mole of aliphatic diol, wherein the acid ingredient is selected from a mixture of alkylester of aromatic dibasic acids or a mixture of alkylester of aromatic dibasic acids with alkylester of aliphatic dibasic acids.
