<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag with a zipper tape, wherein a base film is preferably heat-sealed in manufacturing the bag, to provide superior sealability. <P>SOLUTION: After releasing the engagement between a male-side engaging member 21 and a female-side engaging member 22, absent portions are formed, solely on the female-side engaging member 22, at predetermined intervals by punching with a die 321. After re-engaging the male-side engaging member 21 with the female-side engaging member 22 having absent portions, the two members are fed between a folded base film 10 for feeding, and a male-side band-shaped base and a female-side band-shaped base are heat-sealed. A bottom sealed section is formed by heat-sealing with a seal bar 82, and a side sealed section is formed by heat-sealing with a side seal bar 84. The side sealed section is cut in the center with a cutting unit 75, and a packaging bag 1, in which the three sides of the bottom sealed section and the side sealed section are heat-sealed, is cut out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
