INTRA-OFFICE APPARATUS, OPTICAL COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, CONFIGURATION DETECTING METHOD AND PROGRAM OF THE APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically obtain system configuration information for parameter setup since the setup of the parameter for an automatic processing is required because it is frequent that the number of times of automatic processings currently exceed specifications defined in a system for automatically processing the detection or connection of a subscriber device in accordance with a standard definition.

SOLUTION: The intra-office apparatus includes a subscriber device connecting means which can connect subscriber devices to a connection distance longer than that in automatic processing defined in the standard. The intra-station apparatus further includes a configuration information acquiring means for acquiring system configuration information to be ued for the subscriber device connecting means to perform the automatic processing defined in the standard.
