PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation system and a method for displaying searched routes using the same, which provide users with routes apparently identical or not-identical to the routes fitting to the searching conditions they inquires and which facilitate users to select their desired routes out of the searched routes. SOLUTION: The navigation system searches routes to a destination based on a plurality of searching conditions. It is determined whether or not there exist the same, or through to be same, routes, among the plurality of searched routes. If there exist the same, or thought to be the same, routes, only one route is displayed on a map. Further, the searching conditions of the same, or thought to be the same, routes as well as the route evaluation information required for evaluating displayed routes are collectively displayed, being separated from others.
