PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat which provides a good sitting feeling. SOLUTION: The seat 1 includes: a pad material 7, which has a seat surface 31 and bank parts 32 bulging from the seat surface 31 at outside portions in the width direction of the seat surface 31; a skin material 8, which covers the surface side of the pad material 7; and a wadding material 9 disposed between the pad material 7 and the skin material 8. The wadding material 9 has a thick layer 90 which is thicker than the outside portions on the surfaces inside the width direction of the bank parts 32 of the pad material 7.
