PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact device, a relay using the same, and a micro relay capable of preventing deterioration of switching performance of contact points due to their sticking, without greatly changing a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a fixed contact 1, and a movable part 2 equipped with a movable contact 21a free in getting in and out of contact with the fixed contact 1 and capable of rocking between a position where the movable contact 21a comes in contact with the fixed contact 1 and a position where it is separated. The movable part 2 includes a main part 20 supported in free rocking, a contact part 21 fitted separated from the main part 20 and equipped with the movable contact 21a on one face opposed to the fixed contact 1, and a support part 22 with elasticity for coupling together the main part 20 and the contact part 21. The contact part 21 has an end part nearer to the main part 20 as a contact site with the fixed contact 1, and the support part 22 is coupled with an end part of the contact part 21 farther from the main part 20.
