PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a planar size of a column form in a connection structure of a column of a building and a prefabricated pile so as to improve a degree of freedom in a construction plan. SOLUTION: In the connection structure, the column of the building is connected to the prefabricated pile embedded in the ground under the column via the column form serving as a foundation of the column. The column form includes a concrete column-formed body, a plurality of anchor bolts which are embedded in a plurality of horizontal positions in the column-formed body in the vertical direction to anchor the column to the column-formed body, and hoops which are embedded in the column-formed body to horizontally encircle the plurality of anchor bolts from the outside thereof. The anchor bolts serve as main reinforcements of the column form, so that a reinforcing bar functioning only as main reinforcements of the column form is not embedded in the column form.
