PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous dispersion from which a coating film having anti-electrostatic properties together with scratch resistance, solvent resistance and printability is obtained. SOLUTION: The aqueous dispersion includes a water-insoluble polyvinyl alcohol, a water-dispersible resin and tin oxide-based ultrafine particles, dispersed in an aqueous medium, wherein the content of the tin oxide-based ultrafine particles is 75-95 mass% based on total amount of solids in the aqueous dispersion.
