摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection method that achieves a wider gradation expression while stabilizing ejection characteristics by utilizing high-viscosity liquid, and a liquid ejection device. SOLUTION: An ejection pulse PS has: a first waveform part for operating an actuator so as to reduce the pressure in a pressure chamber by a change in potential with a constant gradient from reference potential to operating potential; a second waveform part for maintaining the operating potential for a fixed period of time; and a third waveform part for operating the actuator so as to increase the pressure in the pressure chamber by the change in potential with a constant gradient from the operating potential to the reference potential. An intervalΔt between the preceding ejection pulse PS1 in a unit period T and the next ejection pulse PS2 generated subsequent to the preceding ejection pulse is set on the basis of the natural vibration period Tc occurring in ink inside the pressure chamber.
