PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce a concrete block having a through hole by an instant demolding method. SOLUTION: An inner wall surface body 22 which constitutes part of the inner wall surface of the through hole 14, an inner wall surface block 23 which can move to be contacted/separated with/from the inner wall surface body 22 and constitutes the other part of the inner wall surface of the through hole 14 by part of an outer wall surface, a bias member 25 which biases the inner wall surface block 23 in the direction to approach the inner wall surface body 22, and a rod RD which makes the inner wall surface block 23 separate from the inner wall surface body 22 against bias force by the bias member 25 by making it inserted into a form 40 from the outside of the form 40 and pressing the inner wall surface block 23 by a peripheral surface are provided. In the form 40 and part of the wall surface of the inner wall surface body 22, in the direction perpendicular to the depth direction of the through hole 14 to be formed on the form 40, a notch part 24 into which the rod RD can be inserted is formed.
