<p>A resin-based composite material sanitary appliance and manufacturing method thereof are provided. The said sanitary appliance is prepared by mixing raw materials, injecting and mold curing. The components of the raw materials are the following: 14wt% to 30wt% of unsaturated polyester resin, 6wt% to 14wt% of polyester-type anti-shrinking agent, 11wt% to 37wt% of reinforcing fiber, 10wt% to 20wt% of wollastonite, 25wt% to 40wt% of calcium carbonate and 0.8wt% to 2.4wt% of initiator. The said appliance has the advantages of high strength and toughness, good self-cleaning properties and low energy consumption.</p> |
