<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure superb conductivity and improve battery characteristics such as charge and discharge cycle characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: A cathode 33 includes a cathode active material layer 33B fitted on either face of a cathode collector 33A.
