PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color-mixed toner sorter which surely separates only unmixed black toner from color-mixed toner where the black toner and toner of colors other than black are color-mixed. SOLUTION: The color-mixed toner sorter 70 for sorting the toner 102 that are colors other than black includes: a toner conveying means 71 for conveying the color-mixed toner 100 including the black toner 101 and the toner 102 of colors other than black; a toner color determination means 73 for determining the toner 102 of colors other than black in the color-mixed toner 100; and a toner elimination means 72 for eliminating the color-mixed toner 100 where the toner 102 of colors other than black present in a predetermined region.
