PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient toothbrush capable of pinpoint cleaning of teeth or interdentium with one toothbrush, capable of brushing according to a plurality of kinds of shapes and states of teeth such as alignment of teeth inside the oral cavity. SOLUTION: The toothbrush includes: a head 2 disposed on a distal end side and having a brush face 2a on which bristles are planted; a neck 3 connecting the head 2 and a handle 4; and the handle 4 connected after the neck 3. The brush face 2a is at least 5 mm and not more than 20 mm in length, and the bristles are composed of an aggregate of a first bristle bundle 21 and an aggregate 22. The first bristle bundle 21 is composed of a single cone-shaped tuft whose bristled root is approximately cylindrical and whose upper side is pointed. The second bristle bundle 221 of the aggregate 22 is disposed in a place closer to the neck 3 than the first bristle bundle and composed of a plurality of independent tufts whose bristled root is approximately cylindrical.
