PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclaimed land partition revetment using a caisson capable of facilitating the work for shutting off water in a lower part of the caisson and its basic part irrespective of reduction of construction work load on the bottom of the sea when constructing an impervious wall in a disposal place by erecting the high caisson in a deep sea region having a depth of 10 meters or more. SOLUTION: A shallow channel 5 is formed to level a bottom part and make it flat and the caisson 11 having many holes 20, etc. in a bottom board 15 is erected on the bottom 1 of the sea on which the impervious wall is constructed. Then, asphalt is poured through the holes in the bottom board of the caisson to fill a lower part of the bottom board with it through the holes 20, etc. and fill the whole channel with it, thus constituting the impervious wall integral with the ground 4 on the bottom of the sea from which the sea water is shut off.
